Perre Ancient City
Perre Ancient City is a historic urban site that developed as an important settlement and stop on the road network during the Commagene period and grew during the Roman period. Its most notable remains include numerous rock-cut burial chambers, an interconnected necropolis layout and ancient water sources. Its proximity to Adıyaman city centre means it can also be visited easily independently of the Nemrut route.
