Hasankeyf

Hasankeyf is Batman’s leading cultural route, known for the steep cliffs of the Tigris Valley, cave settlements and architectural remains from different periods. An important transit and settlement centre throughout its long historical continuity, the area is visited today together with the museum, archaeological park and relocated monuments around the new settlement. Views of the Tigris and the rocky landscape are an important part of the sightseeing experience.
