Sinop Historical Prison
Located within Sinop’s inner fortress, the historical prison holds a special place in the city’s memory with its stone structure, built in 1882 and composed of sections separated by high walls. Used as a prison for many years, the building was vacated in 1996 and later transferred to the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, becoming a cultural site open to visitors.
