Zeynel Bey Tomb

Zeynel Bey Tomb was built in memory of Zeynel Bey, the son of Uzun Hasan, ruler of the Aq Qoyunlu dynasty. With its cylindrical body and tiled decorations, it is one of the region’s most distinctive monumental tombs. The inscribed tile bands surrounding the structure and its geometric ornamentation give it a striking visual identity. Today, it is visited as one of the main monuments around Hasankeyf’s new cultural park.
