Ayder Plateau
Located southeast of Çamlıhemşin, Ayder Plateau is one of Rize’s best-known tourism centres, with its elevation of approximately 1,350 metres, its position opening onto the Kaçkar Mountains, its plateau landscape and its tradition of thermal springs. The area offers a range of accommodation options; the plateau also stands out as one of the starting points for hikes and climbs to the Kaçkar Mountains from the north.
