Muradiye Mosque

Muradiye Mosque and Complex in central Manisa is an important Ottoman monument built in the late 16th century in the name of Murad III. Attributed to a project by Mimar Sinan, the complex is one of the city’s strongest examples of classical Ottoman architecture, with its integrated ensemble of a mosque, madrasa, soup kitchen and shops.
