Kemaliye’s Karanlık Kanyon is one of Türkiye’s most dramatic canyon landscapes, with extremely steep rock walls rising along the Karasu branch of the Euphrates and passages that narrow in places. It is the main natural focal point of the Kemaliye route for boat trips, sightseeing, rock sports and photography.
