Lake Hazar
Lake Hazar, southeast of Elazığ, is the city’s main nature and leisure center, stretching at the foot of Hazarbaba Mountain with clear waters, coastal recreation areas, and traces of the archaeological Sunken City within the lake. In summer, shoreline use comes to the forefront; during the rest of the year, the scenery and road route are the main attractions.
