Abant Lake National Park
Abant Lake is a natural lake situated in a mountainous area surrounded by forests to the southwest of Bolu. At an elevation of approximately 1,328 metres, the lake is favoured for day trips or stays thanks to its changing landscapes throughout the year, walking and cycling routes, and opportunities for picnicking and nature observation. The rich vegetation around it and its recreational facilities are the area’s main attractions.
