Meya Caves

Located near Günbuldu village in Diyadin, the Meya Caves resemble an ancient rock settlement, with habitation spaces carved into the rock, places of worship, chambers and traces of tombs. With traces from different periods and faiths visible together, the site is one of Agri’s lesser-known archaeological routes.
