Meya Caves

Near Günbuldu village in Diyadin, the Meya Caves have the appearance of an ancient rock settlement, with shelters carved into the rock, places of worship, rooms, and traces of graves. The site, where traces belonging to different periods and beliefs can be seen together, is one of Ağrı’s lesser-known archaeological routes.
