Korgan Bridge
Korgan Bridge stands on the Çoruh River in Akşar village, within Bayburt district, along the historic Silk Road route. Also known locally as Meliğin Bridge, this two-span, pointed-arch structure is a fine example of the Seljuk-era stone bridge tradition. Built using both yellow cut stone and rubble stone, the bridge is a short but meaningful stop for those who want to experience the history of travel alongside views of the Çoruh Valley.
