Çinili Mosque
Built in 1973 by painter and ney player Ahmet Yakupoğlu, Çinili Mosque is a distinctive example of contemporary architecture produced in the city, with its octagonal plan and blue Kütahya tiles covering the exterior. The interior painted decorations and Turkish motifs bring Kütahya’s tile-making tradition together with a place of worship.
