Mevlana Museum is Konya’s most important visitor attraction, housed in a historic dervish lodge complex centered around the tomb of Mevlana Celaleddin Rumi. The Green Dome, semahane, prayer hall, dervish cells and courtyard layout bear the traces of Sufi culture extending from the Seljuk period to the Ottoman era.
